Extended Presentation Skills

Aim

To build on the Introduction to Presentation Skills course delivered in the 1st year, this course provides guidance on what content to include and not include during time-constrained presentations, illustrated with examples. Tactics are provided for managing nerves when presenting. This course finishes with guidance on the use of pace and pauses to enhance audience engagement and emphasise key points.
