Aim

In this activity you will explore how people contribute differently to teamwork. The goal is to help you understand the strengths you bring to a team and how you can work most effectively with others. The course includes completing a short Belbin-style questionnaire, determining which team roles match your current preferences, thinking about how your blend of strengths supports your group's performance, and considering the mix of roles in your overall team.
